Get the Best of Both Worlds!
Visit the Wild Dubai Desert and the Lush Hatta Oasis
Celebrate the beauty and variety of nature with the Hatta Mountain Safari, a unique Dubai experience that contrasts the raw beauty of the desert with the lush palms and mountain views of the Hatta oasis. Popular with tourists and Dubai residents alike, Hatta features a reconstructed Heritage Village that includes notable landmarks such as the Juma mosque and the twin military towers.
The adventure begins around 7:30 a.m. as your group sets out in one of our four-wheel drive land cruisers. The sand dunes on the way to Hatta offer a pulse-quickening dune bashing experience, guided by the hand of your experienced driver. Bring your camera to capture the red sands, fossil rocks, dry riverbeds (wadis), and other dramatic scenery along the route. When your group pauses for photos, you can also try out sand boarding, an exciting desert sport.
Experience:
Once your group nears the Hajar Mountains, you encounter pools of fresh water where you can take a refreshing dip. When you arrive in the quaint village of Hatta, visit the market and carpet shops before enjoying a delicious lunch at Jeema Restaurant in the luxurious Hatta Fort Hotel. The ride back to Dubai will leave you breathless with excitement and full of delightful stories about your day. You should arrive back at your home or hotel between 2:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
